These terms explain how to use Stow responsibly and what to expect from the service.

Account creation and responsibility

  • You need to provide accurate account details and keep your login information secure.

  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the inventory data you add to Stow.

Service usage

  • Use Stow only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm other users or the service.

  • Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt Stow systems.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform or violate these terms.

Content ownership

  • You retain ownership of your inventory data, photos, and other content.

  • You grant Stow permission to host and process your content only to provide the service.

  • We do not claim ownership of your data.

Service availability

  • Free tier access is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  • We aim for reliable service but do not provide a specific uptime SLA for free accounts.

  • Maintenance, updates, or incidents may occasionally affect availability.

Subscription terms (coming soon)

  • Stow Premium is planned at $4.99/month or $49/year.

  • When subscriptions launch, billing terms and renewal details will be provided clearly before purchase.

  • Premium users will be able to cancel anytime once plans are live.

Termination and cancellation

  • You can stop using Stow at any time.

  • You can request account deletion, which removes your account and associated data according to our retention policy.

  • We may terminate access for terms violations, fraud, or misuse.

Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • You should maintain your own important backups for critical records.

  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
